Ladies Self Love and Empowerment Course
Starting October 2022

This workshop uses breathe work, meditation, visualisation, healing, ceremony, creativity, dance and lots more to find the places within you where you can begin to feel and reclaim your power. Throughout our life we can often lose our power by giving it away or not stepping into it fully. Our sacred feminine power is much more than our intuition -  it is the place where we can tap into our internal flow and to find the dance of life within us. We can then use this and show it to the world. 

As a Priestess of Sacred Sexuality I will guide you on this year long course to find the power within you. We start our journey looking at where we have lost or forgotten who we are, we look at the places where we have disconnected, been shamed or abused and where we put others first instead of looking after and deeply honouring ourselves.

  • How often do you say I will read that book, polish my nails or do that thing for me after I have done X, Y and Z? 
  • Do you ever manage to do the things you choose to do for you?
  • Mums how many times do you not go for a wee when your body is telling you to go?
  • Are you constantly grabbing unhealthy food on the run?

As we progress  with compassion we look at childhood wounds and we begin to heal the inner child to bring out the Wild Authentic Maiden Self. We look at the places within where we conform or rebel and the patterns that have been created over time, not only from the teachings of our family and elders but also the peer pressure of society and our culture.
We dive deep into the teachings of the Blood Mysteries and the Great Powerhouse which is our Womb. Society has heaped shame on women throughout the ages not only for the blood we shed but for the power we hold as life givers. We explore and discuss our boundaries in all parts of our lives including sexual relations. By connecting to the energy of our Womb, the Moon Cycles and our deep intuitive place we can begin to reclaim our power and our roar as Wild Authentic Women. 

  • Do you have any knowledge of your moon cycles?
  • Do you allow people to persuade you to say yes when you mean NO?
  • Do you stay out for that extra drink when your body is screaming for bed?
  • Have you lost the connection to your body?
  • Do you agree to sex when you are tired, not in the mood or to keep him/her happy?
  • Are you seeing the same problems in relationships and are you still seeking Mr or Mrs Right?
  • Does this work excite you, or do you feel slightly nervous?
  • Does the shame that has been heaped on us from years of patriarchy make you feel embarrassed or disgusted?

If this is the case you need to do this work and clear these patterns from your body. 

Are you in the menopause or has your womb been removed? No problem, this work is for you as well.

We will explore what self care looks like and have practical sessions using aromatherapy oils, movement and creativity.

This course begins in October 2022 and will run over 8 sessions with us ending at Beltane when the traditional hand fastings (Pagan Wedding), were carried out. I have used this as we declare our love for ourselves.

The cost of each session is £70.00 and includes all materials you will use on the course. Payment to be made in full or in 2 instalments with the first payment being due 1st October 2022.
Deposit with monthly payments by standing orders by arrangement.

Each session will be held where possible in person depending on Covid-19 restrictions in place at the time. This may mean some sessions will be split and held in smaller groups and in the summer months sessions will be held out on the land in a bell tent.
Sessions will be from 9.30am- 3.30pm with a break for lunch. 

There will be a private Facebook group where I will personally respond to queries and messages and will be a safe space to share and support one another. 
If there is a further lock down during the course then sessions will be held online via video and if necessary any items you require will be posted out to you.
