Ladies Self Love and Empowerment Course
Starting October 2022
This workshop uses breathe work, meditation, visualisation, healing, ceremony, creativity, dance and lots more to find the places within you where you can begin to feel and reclaim your power. Throughout our life we can often lose our power by giving it away or not stepping into it fully. Our sacred feminine power is much more than our intuition - it is the place where we can tap into our internal flow and to find the dance of life within us. We can then use this and show it to the world.
As a Priestess of Sacred Sexuality I will guide you on this year long course to find the power within you. We start our journey looking at where we have lost or forgotten who we are, we look at the places where we have disconnected, been shamed or abused and where we put others first instead of looking after and deeply honouring ourselves.
As we progress with compassion we look at childhood wounds and we begin to heal the inner child to bring out the Wild Authentic Maiden Self. We look at the places within where we conform or rebel and the patterns that have been created over time, not only from the teachings of our family and elders but also the peer pressure of society and our culture.
We dive deep into the teachings of the Blood Mysteries and the Great Powerhouse which is our Womb. Society has heaped shame on women throughout the ages not only for the blood we shed but for the power we hold as life givers. We explore and discuss our boundaries in all parts of our lives including sexual relations. We explore our authentic yes and clear our Yonic energy. By connecting to the energy of our Womb, the Moon Cycles and our deep intuitive place we can begin to reclaim our power and our roar as Wild Authentic Women.

We will explore what self care looks like and have practical sessions using aromatherapy oils, movement and creativity.

This course begins in October 2022 and will run over 8 sessions and end at Beltane where we make a love commitment to ourselves. This was the day of a traditional hand fasting (Pagan Wedding) and Rhiannons day so I have used this as we declare our love for ourselves.
The cost of each session is £80.00 and includes all materials you will use on the course. Payment to be made in full or in 2 instalments with the first payment being due 25th September 2022.
Deposit with monthly payments by standing orders by arrangement.
Each session will be held where possible in person depending on Covid-19 restrictions in place at the time. This may mean some sessions will be split and held in smaller groups and in the summer months sessions will be held out on the land in a bell tent.
Sessions will be from 9.30am- 3.30pm with a break for lunch.
There will be a private Facebook group where I will personally respond to queries and messages and will be a safe space to share and support one another.
If there is a further lock down during the course then sessions will be held online via video and if necessary any items you require will be posted out to you.

Today at Samhain we begin the descent inwards and to the energy of winter. It is the time of reconnecting to our ancestors to remind ourselves that we are alive because they came before. It is the time of the crone, the wise woman, the witch, the dark Goddesses, Hekate, Sekhmet, cerridwen. This place on the wheel of the year can be challenging as it asks us to go within and to let go of the habits, items, emotions etc that are not serving us but equally can feel comfortable. Yesterday marked my initiation as an Awenydd of the Anglesey Druid Order. A year long deep dive into the three rays, mystery, lore, magic, the sacred trees and the realms of land, sky and sea. Reconnecting in older ways to Cerridwen and Rhiannon and the ancestors of the Druid Order.
It has been an amazing, challenging, exciting, magical journey as I have walked the Druid path following the waymarkers left by the ancestors who walked the path before. As we head to the start of the pagan year on 31st October I am once again starting my year long development course. We will meet on Saturdays near the festivals throughout the pagan year to connect to an aspect of the Goddess and notice how these reflections play out in our daily lives. This is deep work and requires a commitment to the year but also to dive into these shadow parts of ourselves.
A time to work with the energies of the year and to notice how the depths of winter or the promise of spring affect us. We also work with a vision for the year and notice when we drift or get caught up in other things as we move through the year.
During the year we walk a labyrinth, sit in a stone circle, connect with sacred water and the land as well as crafting. There will also be ceremony. Each month will include some “homejoy” to deepen the process and there will be a private facebook group. Day 7 of self care and today the focus is the breath. We can often told our breath when anxious or in a state of fear. In the practice of yoga my tutor often coments that the class start by deepening the breath but as the movements become more challenging we naturally start breathing shallower and start to hold the breath for longer periods.
